Job Description:

As our Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating photoshoots, managing photo editing processes, executing marketing and sales strategies, providing top-notch administrative support, and ensuring unparalleled customer service. You’ll lead a small team of photographers and drive our company towards its next phase of growth.

Position Details: 

This is a part-time role initially, with the potential to transition to full-time. You’ll be based at our Watton Street location in Werribee City Center.

Key Requirements:

Passion for organisation and efficiency excellent communication and presentation skills commitment to precision and attention to detail.

Qualification:

1. Prior managerial experience in photography, videography, or related creative fields.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
3. Knowledge in social media management, sales, and marketing
4. Leadership qualities are highly valued
