Description
Our client is a Registered Service Provider in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), delivering support services specialising in disability. Role Description
During this internship, the intern will gain observational experience:
- Understand the payroll processing on a weekly, twice monthly, fortnightly & monthly basis
- Observe how to Create, organise and follow up on time sheets for contractors/support worker staff
- Learning to sorting out, proper allocation and reconciliations of time-sheet reports on a twice monthly basis for payroll purposes
- Observe how to process new starters on payroll
- Learn to update contractors and payroll records, and general administrative tasks
- Understand the reconciliation of bank statements, PAYG tax, Superfund and payroll reports
- Learn the Accounts Payable & payments.
- Review the processing of time-sheets of staff
- Learn to enter paid invoices against systems such as Xero and other software
Learning Outcomes
During this internship, you will learn the following tasks:
- Will get experience in processing large volume time sheet data on software system
- The ability to reconciling invoices against bank account credits on weekly basis
- Will be able to demonstrate your experience applying multiple awards or an EBA/EA

Essential skills:

Eligibility
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have completed a diploma or advanced diploma or AQF 5 or above in your chosen field of study within the last 2 years
- Have an IELTS score of 6.0 Overall (and no band less than 6.0) or PTE overall score of 50+*
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week & 12 weeks period. (duration may vary between 10-12 weeks and can be confirmed by the employer)
- You must have an Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency OR a valid visa that allows you to work in Australia to be considered for this role
