Your role will focus on supporting the manufactured product and you will work closely with product design engineers, software developers, and business analysts.

Your role will focus on product and data configuration and you must have an exceptional eye for detail and be extremely precise. The role will involve a mix of BAU work and also project-based work where you could be working on a completely new product.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure all product changes in line with configuration standards
• Liaise with Programmers and Business Analysts to resolve any defects in product configuration within the company ERP systems.
• Conduct product application testing within the ERP system, ensuring prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
• Liaise with the company’s design engineers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
• Suggest improvements to improve the business process
