-Become the go-to person for all ICT needs, providing support and solutions to colleagues
-Streamline helpdesk operations to empower colleagues and enhance productivity
– Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism
– Utilize established protocols and guidelines to efficiently resolve issues
– Master systems administration, ensuring smooth and secure operations in Active Directory and Exchange
– Diagnose and troubleshoot various computer issues, ranging from software to hardware
– Monitor network performance and provide assistance for resolution to maintain smooth operations
